Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow for returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of receiving your order.If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we will try to accommodate you, but we will not be able to cancel your order once we have started processing the order.
In the case of a non-delivery from USPS, we will work with you to track your package, or ship a new one if tracking indicates it was delivered to the incorrect address.
We offer Priority Mail through USPS on our packages. Please use this feature if you need your order quickly, or if you would like to have your package insured.
All of our products ship from Halstead, Kansas.
