The added advantage of the straight edge enables you to smooth and perfect the bottom edge of the cake allowing greater creativity of cake design.

Also great for ironing cookies flat for decorating smooth tops.

This product consists of a flat base with a handle in order to smooth down and polish your sugarpaste for a professional finish. It has one straight edge to help smooth around the bottom edge of a cake, and one rounded edge for general polishing. Dimension: 6.75" x 3.375".
